Policy Overview

By registering for our pop up shop vendor markets, vendors agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read carefully before joining. We invest a lot of time and resources to bring each market together. These policies have been created overtime to ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for all. We can't wait to have you pop up with us soon!

Non Refundable Payments

All vendor registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, vendor cancellations, schedule conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances. Please read through all event details before committing to a market. By submitting your payment and completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy.

3

Event Cancellations or Postponements

In the event that our pop up shop market is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or venue issues, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, vendors may receive credit towards a future event, but no refunds will be issued.

4

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for ensuring they are able to attend the event on the agreed date and time. Failure to attend will result in the loss of the vendor fee. We do not tolerate negativity, gossip, or bad vibes at our events. Our goal is to ensure a positive and supportive atmosphere for everyone. We appreciate your help in keeping the environment welcoming and exciting!

Market Expectations + Flow

Markets are unpredictable due to a variety of factors, including economic fluctuations, weather, customer behaviors, and preferences. We recognize that these variables can impact our vendors' success in ways that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific foot traffic, sales, or profits for vendors. We’re always working hard to promote our events through social media, word-of-mouth, paid ads, community partnerships, etc.

To make the most of your market experience, we encourage you to actively engage visitors. Consider handing out samples, shop specials, promotions, or giveaways. Simply waiting for customers to come to you may not be the best strategy. In our experience, the more engaging the better when it comes to sales and brand awareness.

Even if the market feels a bit slow, we recommend using that time to network with other vendors, and take content of your brand  for social media. Building relationships can open doors for future collaborations and enhance your overall presence! We have several vendors get hired for future events and have continued sales from exposure at our markets. We love when your business succeeds!
